Responsibilities:
- To study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bill of Quantities
- To assist in contract administration, prepare progress claim(s) and liaise with Client’s representative on claims and variation costs.
- Call quotation, compare prices and prepare BOQ to arrive the tender pricing
- Deal with significant contractual issues including extension of time, loss and expense claims, terms and conditions etc.
- To review and verify the Subcontractor’s / Supplier’s claims and prepare payment certificates
- To attend site and progress claim meeting
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Others or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): AutoCad; MS Office
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
