Job Descriptions:
· Responsible for site activities, managing and monitoring daily site operations.
· Assist in the planning and deployment of manpower and resources to meet operational needs.
· To coordinate with other work team supervisor.
· Ensure availability of materials and equipment on-site to meet operational needs.
· To direct control activities on site.
· Monitor work progress, identify and resolve ground issues when required.
· Site supervision of construction workers.
· Ensure works are carried out in accordance to the project schedule, quality requirements and safety policy.
· Attends all necessary site progress meetings, internal meetings as & when required.
· Ensure all workers at site comply with quality, environment, health & safety requirements
· Ensure all relevant permit are applied before work commence.
· Tool box/ RA briefing before work starts
· Settle disputes & address clarifications on site
· Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
· Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, BCSS.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
· Possess good communication skill and leadership quality to supervise workers.
· Core-trade Supervisor will be an added advantage.
