What you will be working on:
You will be part of the Transformation and Research Analytics (TRA) team to support the execution of various tasks related to configuring survey polls, distributing unique QR codes, adjusting publicity images, and collaborating with public transport and point-to-point operators. You will play a key role in conducting testing, addressing implementation challenges, tracking poll participation rates, and analysing poll results using software such as Excel or other visualization tools. You will also have the opportunity to draft the presentation slides to share the outcomes of the polls.
Your role will extend to supporting digitalisation efforts within PTC. You will have the opportunity to learn about the Whole of Government (WOG) digital tools and promote them to enhance PTC’s work processes. This iterative process demands dedicated time and effort for thorough testing, with the aim of showcasing how these tools can improve productivity and work efficiency, in order to foster greater adoption. You will share the use cases to the PTC staff.

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and FormSG

- Minimum Diploma
1. Working schedule (day and time): Mondays to Thursdays : 8.30 am – 6.00 pm; Fridays : 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
