RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Executing all HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.
  • Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies.
  • Drive annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review.
  • Workforce planning and Talent succession planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree with at least 20 years of HR Business Partnering experience for MNC.
  • Experience with organizational development, HR transformation projects and manpower cost budgeting.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
