RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executing all HR initiatives and drive HR functional excellence.
- Lead and support organizational development and transformational strategies.
- Drive annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review.
- Workforce planning and Talent succession planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree with at least 20 years of HR Business Partnering experience for MNC.
- Experience with organizational development, HR transformation projects and manpower cost budgeting.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
