Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries
- Work with customers on product enquiries, delivery status and other administrative works
- Coordinate with forwarders, customers and factories for delivery and shipment
- Invoicing and Processing of Sales Order, Purchase Order and Quotations through SAP system
- Send Order Confirmation to customer for acknowledgement
- Process, monitor, expedite customer order to ensure on time delivery of goods
- Inside sales support & operations
- Follow-up on status of Sales Quotation and Sales Orders
- Answering phone enquiries
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Self-motivated and initiative individuals.
- Provide good after sales & customer service.
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice.
- Good verbal and written communication in English and local language are preferable
- Knowledge on SAP system would be an advantage
