Job Summary:
As a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Crew / Fryman, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food according to the training protocols while delivering exceptional customer service. Key duties include operating kitchen equipment such as grills and fryers, taking accurate orders, and ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining food hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, and performing various ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking according to the training provided. Responsible for taking orders accurately and patiently, ensuring a high level of customer service. Operate kitchen equipment such as grill, fryer etc.
- Properly cleaning and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
- Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments, utensils, cutting boards, etc.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area.
- Always maintain cleanliness of kitchen and assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
- Assist in managing the operation of the kitchen.
- Ensure the food hygiene standards.
