Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Respond to customer inquiries on various social media platforms, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Manage customer service interactions related to e-commerce platform orders, addressing concerns, questions, and issues as they arise.
- Assist with writing responses, captions, and updates for customer-facing posts on social media.
E-commerce Management:
- Assist with the packing and processing of customer orders to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Arrange deliveries for orders, coordinating with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and monitor e-commerce platform orders, ensuring all customer orders are processed efficiently.
