My client is a prestigious luxury lifestyle company known for its exceptional F&B concepts and elegant event spaces. They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Event Sales Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.
Role Overview:
As the Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing revenue for their various food & beverage concepts and event spaces. Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and maintaining existing client relationships across both B2B and B2C sectors. This role requires a proactive, organized, and client-focused individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets to increase sales for our event spaces and F&B offerings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including targeting corporate clients, private event planners, and individuals.
- Event Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of events, from initial inquiry through to event completion, ensuring all client requirements are met.
- Networking: Actively participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and build relationships with potential clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the Director, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales within the luxury hospitality industry, specifically in event sales, F&B, or a related area.
- Strong network of contacts in the corporate and private event sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and exceed sales targets.
- Passion for luxury lifestyle brands and a deep understanding of high-end customer service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
