Data Insight and Project Analyst

Mandala Club Pte. Ltd.

ROLE

This cross-functional role drives both business development and operational delivery through effective data insight and implementation. You will report directly to the CEO of Mandala Group, and collaborate closely with the Mandala C-Suite and the Finance Department to ensure that business growth initiatives are strategically aligned with the organizational goals.


As a contributor to our business development efforts, you will work in tandem with key stakeholders across the company, ensuring that all projects and strategies are effectively executed to support our growth objectives (both operationally and new market development). This role is designed to evolve alongside the business, with key deliverables being regularly reviewed and refined to meet our changing needs and capitalize on emerging opportunities.


KEY OBJECTIVES & DELIVERABLES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

• Conduct thorough market research and industry analysis to identify potential investment targets and/or opportunities that align with the company's strategy across real estate, membership clubs, chef residencies key-note speaker events and large-scale music events;

• Collaborate with different teams to evaluate and execute opportunities (events, expansion plans, etc) including due diligence and deal structuring;

• Preparation of pitch documents, tender documents and business plans;

• Analyze data to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide solutions to issues faced within projects;

• Monitor conversion funnel data across various entry points, as well as the relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators; and

• Partner with team members and stakeholders, build relationships to achieve common goals.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

• Oversee project iterations and ensure tasks are delivered as per deadlines;

• Measure project progress against established baselines;

• Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders;

• Ensure all project deliverables are completed within the published timelines;

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, sponsors, and team members; and

• Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns or issues promptly.

OPERATIONAL DATA INSIGHT

Data analysis & reporting

• Using HubSpot and Peoplevine, the Group's primary CRM tools, consolidate its Group Wide data points into a cohesive manner for the purposes of optimising insight, operational delivery and

business development;

• Lead team education to ensuring optimise utilisation of said data, including close collaboration with marketing and membership teams to ensure data is collected in as efficient, useable and

compliant way at all times;

• Creation and enforcement of cross-department processes for effective data management and techniques to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data using the CRM systems and

wider tech stack;

• Compiling strategic data reports to reflect trends & insights;

• Building comprehensive dashboards that showcase major business KPls vs departmental

performances for internal tracking & senior management reporting; and

• Ensuring ongoing data compliance with relevant policies and protocols.

Operational application of data and intelligence at membership acquisition events

• Cross-sharing business intelligence with stakeholders; and

Lead programmes to increase collection and implementation of data and insight.


THE RIGHT PERSON

• Has a degree in a quantitative field such as finance, accounting, statistics, data science, or other related areas.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively.

• Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with the ability to multitask and meet tight timelines.

• Meticulous with great attention to deal; strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of accounting principles, valuation metrics and business contracts.

• Proficiency in financial modelling (Excel, pivot tables, etc) and Powerpoint skills.

• Knowledge and/or interest in technology applications including web3 and blockchain is a plus.
