Job Responsibilities :
We're seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives across two key channels: affiliate marketing and email marketing. You'll be responsible for crafting strategic plans to expand our global affiliate network, developing engaging marketing campaigns, and leveraging data insights to optimize performance. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and loyalty through effective email marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
Affiliate Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive affiliate marketing programs to generate new leads and sales.
- Identify, recruit and onboard high-performing Partners, Influencers and Affiliates for current and new product categories.
- Develop thriving affiliate relationships with Partners globally to ensure program success and profitability
- Analyze affiliate program performance and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Maintaining campaign/demand generation programs with Partners including brand content, affiliate channel content and transactional campaign content (includes marketing production for affiliate marketing assets)
- Business reporting for affiliate marketing promotions and activity
- Keeping track of Partners sales and sales operations
- Monitoring and reporting on competitors' affiliate campaigns and promotions
Email Marketing
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, build brand loyalty, and drive sales
- Manage and maintain the email marketing platform to ensure data quality and optimize processes for efficiency
- Build and maintain automated lead nurturing workflows within the email marketing platform to personalize customer journeys
- Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for improved open rates, click-through rates and conversions. Manage subscriber lists to ensure compliance with anti-spam regulations
- Leverage data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Generate reports to track key metrics related to customer interactions, sales pipelines, and marketing campaigns.
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in both affiliate marketing and/or email marketing.
- Experience developing and executing successful affiliate marketing programs, including partner recruitment, relationship management, and performance optimization.
- Experience with email marketing automation tools and building lead nurturing workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from various sources (affiliate programs, email marketing platforms, etc.) and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience generating reports and tracking key performance metrics (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
