Working Hours:
Mondays to Fridays : 0900hrs to 18000hrs
Alternate Saturdays : 0900hrs to 1300hrs
Job descriptions:
- Routine checks on electrical, air-conditioning systems, compressed air and chilled-water systems.
- Liaising with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep the building in daily operational state.
- Supervise vendors during renovation in order to ensure a smooth transition to new areas.
- Obtain a good housekeeping manner in AHU and switch room to maintain cleanliness of equipment and site.
- Work with contractors an vendors such as scheduling and supervise work on premises to ensure quality cost effective repairs and renovation.
- Able to hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works.
- Able to carry out simple fault finding for telephone lines
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Minimum NTC education in Facilities / Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services with 2 years of experience in building maintenance and facilities support.
- Certificate in Building Maintenance/Building Inspection will be of an added advantage
- Good problem solving and communication skills
- Be able to work under pressure and multi-tasks
