Job Descriptions:
- General contracts administration, including payment, claims and V.O
- Preparing and checking progress claims to Clients and from sub-contractors
- Source for sub-contractors and suppliers and negotiate the best possible price for the company
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Certification of claims for subcontractors and suppliers for progress payment and finalization of accounts
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Building Construction, Quantity Survey or its equivalent
- 2 -3 years of QS experience in handling large scale buildings/infrastructure projects
- Meticulous and cost conscious
- Good communication and negotiation skills
