Responsibilities:
- Implement and support compensation programs per policies.
- Manage annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other payments.
- Oversee performance appraisals and support budgeting.
- Assist with compensation and benefits audits.
- Advise on compensation and benefits matters.
- Review and update compensation policies.
- Develop and execute communication plans for compensation programs.
- Participate in compensation surveys and HR projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and SAP HR.
