Job Highlights:
- 6 months RENEWABLE contract
- Up to $4,200/month + 0.5-month bonus

- Monday - Friday, 8:15am to 5:00pm
- Gul Circle (Transport provided at CCK, Jurong East, Boon Lay)
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end-to-end customers' sales order processing via SAP system.
- Monitor sales order status and ensure a smooth delivery to client in a timely manner.
- Handle export shipments for intercompany and overseas customers.
- Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
- Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
- Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid.
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and team management experience or similar function
