Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with management to achieve sales objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet sales targets.
- Oversee all face-to-face sales interactions with clients on-site.
- Serve as the primary contact for new clients.
- Maintain and update client profiles in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to ensure premium customer service.
- Monitor market trends and client behaviors, working with the Head of Department (HOD), Business Development, and Marketing Teams to develop and implement new initiatives.
- Develop objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team, driving them towards business growth.
- Generate new sales leads and manage direct sales activities.
- Produce and deliver weekly sales reports.
- Monitor tender leads and participate in the bidding process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support to management during trade shows, conferences, meetings, and other activities involving principals and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the sales and/or engineering industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Outgoing personality with a passion for sales and people management
- Willing to travel around Singapore most of the time
- Self-motivated and driven
- Demonstrated strong sales track record
