- Ensure optimal operations and maintenance of the estate.
- Manage and monitor term contractors' performance.
- Track and renew service agreements and insurance policies.
- Ensure daily operations meet building regulations and laws.
- Respond to feedback and complaints promptly.
- Review financial transactions and prepare the annual budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in Project & Facility Management, Real Estate or any equivalent qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- Experiece in Handling condo management will be an advntage.
