Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process of selling the company's EdTech products to consumers.
- Manage a sales team of 15 – 50 people.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships within the education sector.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure new business deals.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales director/VP or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the EdTech industry.
- Strong understanding of the education sector and experience in selling to consumers.
- Demonstrated ability to acquire and set up distribution channels outside Singapore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
