Responsibilities:
HR (80%)
- Salary calculation
- Compensation & Benefits
- CPF calculation
- Leave management -
- Handling expat application (Visa etc.)
- Time and attendance management
- Budget control (Within the HR department)
- Monthly reports to Japan HQ and internally
General Admin (20%)
- ACRA registration
- Safety & Compliance
o Educate the staff and prepare documents for auditing from the HQ - Practice fire & safety drill
- Arrangement of air-ticket and accommodation for the business travellers from HQ
- Create calendar for the company
- Review of company employment regulations
- Communication with the Insurance company
- Fixed asset management Inventory and bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Around 3 years of experience in salary calculation and budgeting
- Proficiency in Japanese language at business level to communicate effectively with the head offices in Japan
