Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the hiring and training of new employees as well as the continuous training of existing staff
Maintain high-quality food standards through consistent communications with kitchen crew
Oversee our kitchen staff’s compliance with all health code and sanitation requirements
Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same
Assist in responding to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods, and cleaning products.
Maintain inventory of all needed supplies
Identify methods our joint can use to cut waste, decrease costs, and improve profits
Manage the work schedules of our joint’s staff
Requirements:
Previous supervisory experience in the F&B and/or hospitality industry preferred
Strong multi-tasking skills, with strong focus in joint daily operations related skills
Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills
Professional, pleasant, and clean disposition
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced setting
Required to work in split-shift environment
Required to work 6 days a week, including public holidays and weekends
The physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time
