Job Description
• Collate and compile paperwork for recruitment, appointment, and promotion of all full-time and part-time categories with Hiring Manager, Human Resource Partner, and Job Applicant.
• Plan on the logistics and campus visits programme for potential faculty hires.
• File-in and track teaching hours for part-time teaching staff.
• Work closely with HR for on- and off-boarding of all full-time and part-time categories under HR appointment scheme.
• Make logistics arrangement for visiting staff, process claims of visiting staff and potential faculty hires for campus visit, and file-in withholding tax.
• Any other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Degree in any discipline more than 3 years of relevant experience
• Good communication (oral and written) skills
• People-oriented, problem solver and can-do attitude
• Organized, able to multitask and work under pressure
• Team player who is independent and able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
