Job Description:
- Conceptualize and prepare creative ideas and proposals tailored to individual events
- Handle multiple events from small groups to large scale events
- Lead the development, execution, and delivery of events from proposal to delivery
- Suppliers and contractors liaison and management
- Pre-event planning, onsite event execution, and coordination to ensure the delivery of high quality event
- Working closely with members of the team to collectively produce a successful event
- Confidently and effectively conduct presentations to clients
- Build and sustain excellent working relationship through outstanding customer service and support
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any field
- Prior event management, event support experience would be advantagous
- Passionate about end to end events planning, working with multiple stakeholders
- Good Microsoft Office skills
- Independent, mature and self driven
- Willing to travel around the word
