Accounts Assistant – 12 Months Contract – Singapore

Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and submit the following monthly reports:
- GST Report
- Revenue and Billing Report
- Statement of Account (SOA) Data Report
- eInvoice Listing
- GIRO Listing and Exception Report
- Bank ReconciliationAccounts Receivables:
2. Accounts Receivable:
- Validate and process incoming payments.
- Update payment methods for incoming transactions.
- Handle credit card deductions.
- Create and manage Credit Notes, Debit Notes, and Suspensions.
3. Other Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer collections to ensure timely payments.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and process GIRO forms.
- Upload and download GIRO Batch Files.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma in Finance or related field.
- At least 2 years of working experience in Accounts Receivables.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate with some customers and vendors from the Chinese market.
- Strong proficiency in systems/applications and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changes and tackle challenges effectively.
This is a 12 months contract to start, it is renewable and convertible to permanent.
