The Retail Operations Projects Specialist is dedicated to supporting the Retail Operations & Service Director in the successful planning, execution, and management to create the future with owned value stores in India, as part of .
- Map out E2E standardized operating procedures as part of the new operating model of owned value stores in India, ensuring consistency and compliance across all different states.
- Identify areas for improvement in the process and procedures and collaborate with the Retail Operations & Services Director to refine and enhance these processes.
- Provide regular updates to the Retail Operations & Service Director on the status of process mapping, highlighting risks, challenges, and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on project progress, store readiness, and post opening performance metrics.
- Provide support to ensure key value drops and deliverables to run the business for existing fleet are on time and in full
- Provide support to membership programs, such as birthday rewards, to enhance consumer retention & boost returning store traffic
- Oversee vendor relationships and management of store supplies replenishment
- Provide support on day to day operational business needs when required such as incident responses
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance or related fields
- 3 5 years of experience in Retail, preferably in retail operations, retail management, project management, or a similar role, Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
