Resposibilities:
- Attend to walk in customer to service center.
- Provide IT hardware service and support (e.g: PC. laptops, etc)
- Timely update of the service status to customer.
- Ensure proper parts handling and movement.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
- Install Operations system, firmware and bios.
- Handling, resolving and keeping track of assigned through ticketing system.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure jobs are completeed and close timely.
- Attend new product training.
Requirement:
- basic computer hardware knowledge.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Good customer service mindset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Other information:
Working hour: Monday to Friday (9.00am to 6.00pm); Alternate Saturday (9.00am to 1.00pm)
