- Ensure smooth implementation of events and activities such as workshops for beneficiaries, movie screening, festive celebrations, Bursary Awards ceremony and Tution Sponsorship application process under the NeuGen Fund framework etc. Contact beneficiaries to register them for the events. Collate feedback from beneficiaries who attended the events and activities and evlaute the feedbacks. Entering of information into spreadsheets/Client Management System (CMS).
- Assist in data entry of information into spreadsheets/CMS
- Maintain proper filing of all relevant documents related to Bursary Awards and Tuition Sponsorship.
- Organise and plan events and activities with the staff in charge
- Assist in the coordination with the vendor for events and activities.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and composure under tight timeline and pressure
- Evaulation of feedbacks
- Meticulous
- Knowledge of Malay language (good to have but not necessary)
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Certifications in management, social services or related field would be an advantage
- Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in programme administrator, community outreach or a related field
- Able to commit for a minimum 6 months of service with the organisation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multi-tasking skills and attention to detail
