Job Description
• Quantity Surveying and contracts administration for Building maintenance services.
• Involve in preparation of contracts to award to vendors and sub-contractors
• Prepare and submit claims for completed works upon receiving of work completion reports.
• Manage progress claims and other claims put up from vendors and sub-contractors
• Liaise with client and client’s representative on work progress, claims and KPI.
• Track, record and update on breakdown of claims, variations claims or omissions.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Involve in managing contract variations, valuations, and final accounts. Maintain accurate records of project costs, contracts, and correspondence.
• Any other ad hoc tasks relating to contracts from time to time by the Manager.
Job Requirement
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in QS field,with a focus on M&E services. Preferably with FM / IFM exposure. Candidate with project side QS experience or building construction ( with exposure to M&E) are welcome to apply .
