Responsibility:
- Handle day-to-day customers’ sales enquiries.
- Prepare and submit quotation to customers
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Maintain existing customers’ accounts and developing new accounts
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, pricing workout, follow-up in order to close sales order.
Requirement:
- Min. GCE “O” Level.
- 2 years sales experience.
- Persuasive with solid telesales skill.
- Able to handle stress and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Chinese speaking Client & Supplier).
- Analytical, meticulous with strong communication skill.
- Result-orientated.
Other:
- 5.5 days per week
- Working hours : 8.00 - 5.30pm
