· Responsible for procurement including supplier management, delivery orders & purchase orders
· Assist in quotations, job scheduling for machine repairs (SIAs & Ad-hocs), maintenance of air-cons, building services
· Assist in preparing daily jobsheets, collation of jobsheets returned by supervisors
· Assist in financial and operation audit (including internal, external, ISO) as required
· Participate and prepare documentation for stock transfer and stock count
· Ensure good housekeeping and proper record retention
· Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required by your manager
