The key areas of responsibility include, but not limited to:
- Plan daily menus, manage dietary requirements, purchase ingredients and prepare excellent cuisine for various events.
- Ensure high standard of hygiene in food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen
- Collaborate with butler teams as well as external caterers to ensure F&B is delivered efficiently at functions.
- Arrange for equipment maintenance periodically.
- Handle administrative work such as preparing claims for purchases, marketing logs and costing for menus.
An ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Able to prepare different types of cuisine, including local and western cuisine.
- Passionate about culinary arts.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Food and Beverage Service.
- Selected candidates will be offered a contract of 1 or 2 years in the first instance.
