Job Description
- Network & Server Support for Singapore & Thailand
- Maintain network servers and associated hardware, software, services, and settings working with vendors
- Recommend, test, and implement system and security upgrades
- Consistently monitor and troubleshoot network stability and performance
- Create, adjust, and maintain network user settings and permissions
- Write technical support documentation for server/network systems and applications ensuring high levels of uptime and availability
- Evaluate and advise on all technology components, such as software and hardware capabilities for server, systems and applications
- Work with vendors and subsidiary organizations to ensure a high level of service
The Successful Applicant
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or relevant field
- Atleast 3 years relevant experience
- MCP, MCSE and MCITP; Networking qualifications or equivalent eg. CCNP is ideal
- Windows Server, Virtual Machine knowledge
- Excellent knowledge in business continuity and disaster recovery methodologies and practice
- Firewall, Web filtering knowledge
- Working Knowledge/awareness of Active Directory, VPN, SharePoint, OneDrive.
- End Point Management tools knowledge
