- Monday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM/ Tuesday - Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM/ Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:30PM

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide frontline customer service
· Scheduling of appointments and patient registration
· Handling phone calls and inquiries
· Process medical insurance, tax invoices and payment collection
· Handle admirative, clinical duties, simple procedures, and ad-hoc duties.
