RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partnership
    • Lead the identification, negotiation, and implementation of exchange and concurrent degree partnerships with global institutions.
    • Serve as the primary liaison with academic partners, managing all administrative aspects of student transitions, course delivery, and event coordination.
  • Academic Administrations
    • Collaborate with the Registrar's Office (RO) to establish the academic calendar, create new course codes, and update curriculum.
    • Oversee the timetabling process, ensuring clear communication with instructors and students, and addressing any issues that arise.
    • Administer FACETS evaluations, ensuring timely responses and comprehensive reporting for faculty and academic leadership.
    • Lead the preparation of accreditation and ranking-related data, playing a key role in maintaining the program's high standards.
  • Student Experience and Engagement
    • Drive the planning and execution of key student events, including orientations, team-building activities, social events, CSR initiatives, and graduation celebrations.
    • Serve as the Programme representative during student briefings and orientation, ensuring a welcoming and informative experience.
    • Oversee the student claims process, including managing reimbursements and other financial matters.
  • Admissions and Onboarding
    • Lead the student onboarding process, working closely with the Admissions team on student passes, and other relevant matters.
    • Collaborate with the R&A team to ensure smooth admission and matriculation processes, and management of student profiles.
    • Management of all required access to new students.
  • Financial Management and Oversight
    • Manage financial processes related to tuition billing, sponsorships, donor documentation, and student loans.
    • Oversee the tuition fee collection process, including handling late payments, refunds, and financial holds.
  • Oversee the financial budget of the Programme.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree-holder with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience or Diploma holder with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience relevant to this position or acquired in an educational setting will be advantageous.
  • Analytical and meticulous with an eye for details.
  • A good team player, independent and initiative.
  • Ability to multi-task with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Decisive, with ability to work well under pressure.
  • IT savvy and proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Able to work on weekends and weekday evenings when required.
