Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, including application portfolio migration, post-merger integration, and data migration.

Qualifications:
10-15 years of experience in program management, with a focus on delivering complex projects in the Insurance industry.
Proven expertise in managing application portfolio migration, post-merger integration, and data migration initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive consensus across diverse teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
