Job Title: Private Chef (for a household of 5 - parents with 3 children)
Cuisines: Chinese, Japanes or Western
Address: Sentosa Cove
Schedule: Daily brunch/simple lunch & dinner from Monday to Saturday (6 days a week if full-time, or 3 days if part-time).
Scope of Work:
· Source high-quality, fresh ingredients and ensure the safety and reliability of ingredient sources. Manage ingredient inventory and maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
· Innovate and regularly update menus with a variety of styles. Plan daily and weekly menus based on family members' dietary preferences and nutritional needs.
· Handle kitchen equipment maintenance to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Special Request:
There seldomly will be group dinner with important guests.
Knowledge of nutrition preferred.
Special Benefit:
Free time when the family travels overseas (at least 30 days per year)
Work Experience:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as a private chef or in a high-end restaurant.
Nationality: Singaporean and PR preferred
Language: Mandarin/English
