The role is responsible for conducting comprehensive testing on product assemblies, performing mechanical adjustments, and ensuring precise alignment. This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies and mechanical systems, along with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test process for product assemblies.
- Perform functional and integration, and performance testing on mechanical and electronic assemblies.
- Conduct mechanical adjustments and alignments to ensure product specifications are met.
- Identify, document, and track product defects and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with engineers, product/project managers, planner, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyse test results, generate reports, and communicate findings to the team.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in product testing and mechanical adjustments.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product testing, mechanical adjustments, and alignment.
- Good knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with manual and automated test measurement tools.
- Proficiency in mechanical systems and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
