About the role:
We are looking to hire a Chief of Staff (CoS) to join the Tech team at Aspire and become the right-hand to our Chief of Product. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief of Product's vision and ensuring the smooth operation and strategic growth of our Tech organization. This is a fast-paced, highly-impactful and transparent role for a motivated and organized individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Partner closely with the Chief of Product to define and execute the Tech vision, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and allowing them to focus on high-impact activities.
- Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional initiatives within the Tech organization, streamlining processes and driving efficiencies. Identify and solve operational roadblocks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Talent Management: Support the Chief of Product in attracting, developing, and retaining top Tech talent. Partner with the HR and Talent Acquisition teams to build a strong pipeline of talent and implement programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Communication & Collaboration: Be the central hub of communication for the Tech organization, ensuring clear and transparent information flow across all levels. Manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate collaboration between Tech and other departments.
- Project Management: Lead and manage complex Tech projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. Track progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep the Chief of Product and leadership team informed.
- Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data to provide insights on Tech performance metrics. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings to the Chief of Product and leadership team.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth Tech environment
- Proven track record of success in a strategic and operational role, with a strong understanding of scaling technology organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and collaboration tools

- Founded a startup
- Previous experience in a global FinTech
- Previous experience in a startup studio / incubator
- Previous experience in management consulting
- Background in Tech and/or Engineering
