Responsibilities
- Guiding Contract Manufacturers to successfully supporting the company’s quality targets, cost efficiency, and delivery targets.
- Supporting the company’s CM managers in solving technical issues, continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Liaise with CM partners to ensure clear understanding of technical expectations / specifications during manufacturing operations.
- Proactively manage CM execution and planning to meet company’s demands, troubleshoot operational issues in production, improve process efficiencies to gain productivity.
- Provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing issues and change request reviews.
- Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures to ensure the production of high-quality products. Work closely together with internal teams (e.g., quality) to conduct regular audits / inspections of manufacturing process.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of semiconductors manufacturing (operations, quality, technology, planning) experience.
- Experience in External & Contract Manufacturing, Supply Chain Process & Quality Management.
- Proficiency in Mechanical and Electrical/ Electronic Drawings as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent project management and coordinating skills.
- Knowledge of Lean/ Six Sigma and risk management tools (e.g. FMEA)
- Comfortable to work in East and North area.
