- From 2nd September: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM - 1:30 PM
- Exception on 4th September: 4:00 PM - 9:30 PM
Salary: $15.00 per hour
Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Client Experience Specialist. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing administrative support, handling data entry, and offering excellent customer service. If you are someone who can also handle physical tasks and assist in event setups, this position is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Assist with filing, scheduling, and organizing documents for the team and management.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Customer Service: Provide friendly and professional assistance to internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Ad Hoc Support: Help with various tasks, including preparing for events and activities like breakfasts and pantry setups.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to carry and move furniture; male candidates preferred due to the physical nature of the tasks.
- Relevant experience is an advantage, but training will be provided.
Commitment:
- Must be available to work the entire month of September, starting from 2nd September.
- Primarily stationed at One Marina Boulevard.
