· Specialized in Japanese cuisine Omakase / Sushi / Yakitori / Hot Grill kitchen
· At least 3 yrs experience
· Able to work long hours
· Management experience in food costing, Stock inventory/ ordering
· Great team player
· Preparing ingredients for menu items
· Plan menu for groups, events and company functions
· Collaborate with the Chief Chef to prepare meals
· Ensuring an organised, clean and safe working environment
· Communicating with guests
· Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintaining HACCP records.
