Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for industrial air compressors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners to enhance distribution and sales opportunities.
- Manage and support key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing their needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and channel partners to maximize profitability
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed to meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 – 3 years of relevant channel sales experience with industrial products
- Must have experience in Air Compressors
- Candidate must possess own vehicle
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
