Job Responsibilities:
- Perform project scheduling, planning, material requisition, cost monitoring, and documentation submission & control.
- Arrange daily toolbox meetings with the Site Supervisor and WSHC, briefing on site activities and daily tasks. Coordinate daily site activities with the Site Supervisor.
- Ensure all safety measures and proper housekeeping rules are implemented on site.
- Conduct weekly inspections in preparation for the weekly reports and ensure its timely submission to the clients.
- Prepare all necessary supporting documents for progress claims, submit them to the consultant for review, follow up on payment processing, and maintain records of submissions.
- Coordinate closely with the internal team of (general, skilled workers and divers) on scheduled maintenance works, tracking progress to ensure its timely completion.
- Liaise and coordinate with all stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and sub-contractors.
- Prepare and maintain records of equipment, ensuring timely scheduled maintenance.
- Prepare necessary project submissions, such as RFI, MS, RA, SWP, drawings, and other supporting documents.
- To attend to client reports, organizing manpower and machinery to address reported defects outside of office hours.
- Organise the team to attend to emergency defects on Sundays and Public Holidays, and update the status of resolution in the client’s WhatsApp chat group. (Emergency Recovery Work)
- Prepare and send a rectification report post-completion of the reported defects.
- Perform other project-related administrative tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil engineering only.
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.
- Relevant project experiences in marine construction will be preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and BCA regulations.
- Willing to work on Sunday or Public Holidays as per project requirement. (Emergency Recovery Work)
- May assign to different projects.

- Strong leadership, problem solving and eagerness to learn new technology.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
