- Able to familiarise with the POS system and able to manage various payment processing
- Take orders, serve food and beverage, which includes welcoming customers, managing reservations via phone or online platforms, and arranging seating
- Liaising and managing relationship with supplier which includes managing inventory levels, ordering supplies and ingredients, maintaining supplier relationships.
- Quality control in order to ensure food quality and preparation meets the hygiene and restaurant standard.
- Overseeing kitchen hygiene to ensure the cleanliness and safety regulation. Ensuring the consistency and portion in food preparation.
- Overseeing the cleanliness at dining area and kitchen area
- Menu and promtion planning
- Staff supervision by managing staff schedules. Interacting with customer, handling customer feedback, resolve complains and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring all necessary licenses and permits are up to date
- Able to consolidate sales and generate daily sales reports
