Responsibilities
- Planning and developing effective and engaging outreach events
- Manage the outreach events life cycle
- Liaise with event organisers and vendors and logistics partners
- Manage and execute outreach events on-site to ensure smooth running of events and participate in outreach events.
- Update databases for outreach events and conduct post-event surveys and reporting to improve future outreach activities and achieve outreach objectives
- Work with the Management and curation of content for social media and traditional platforms
- Assist with the monitoring of social media channels to drive engagement and improvement responsiveness and professionalism to addressing inquiries
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, both online and offline to promote outreach initiatives.
- Adhoc tasks or projects as assigned by Management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or its related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in events management, outreach and community relations
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, combined with the ability to effectively set priorities and goals
- Collaborative team player with strong project and event management skills
- Confident, proactive and resourceful
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders of various levels
