Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the kitchen’s operations, including the preparation, seasoning and cooking of food in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Ensure the consistency of food product according to the establishment of SOP
- Ensure proper labelling of food items after preparation.
- Manage in keeping food wastage to a minimum as per SOP.
- Manage inventory control of food supplies and addressing any arising problems or complaints.
- Responsible to oversee kitchen personnel
- Conduct regular inspections at kitchen stations and identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Analyze business performance to optimize sales and profitability
- Ensure the correct rotation by FIFO and maintain stock level of all food products.
- Other job-related ad-hoc duties if required
Requirements
- Possess Bachelor Degree in Culinary or equivalent
- Strong passion in Food and Beverage industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work shift, on weekends & Public holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
