This is not your ordinary support role!
As part of our Monitoring & Production Support team for Payments, SWIFT, and Cash flows, you will be at the forefront of ensuring seamless operations. This role demands quick thinking, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills, all within a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Direct Responsibilities
Crisis Management & Incident Resolution:
- Lead Incident and Crisis Management: Quickly assess the criticality of malfunctions, implement appropriate incident management actions, and coordinate with key stakeholders to restore services efficiently.
- Crisis Communication: Lead crisis conference calls and ensure timely, clear, and accurate status updates are provided to business users, the management team, and other stakeholders.
Production Support & Monitoring:
- Business Support: Respond swiftly to back-office business lines during flow execution malfunctions (whether internal or client-related) and maintain regular communication throughout incident resolution.
- Daily Monitoring & Asset Management: Perform routine checks and monitor global assets, including Cash Management layers, SWIFT-related components, message files, and event logs.
- End-to-End Monitoring: Utilize available tools and procedures to ensure comprehensive operational monitoring and promptly identify any gaps or discrepancies in the process.
- Maintenance Supervision: Oversee recurrent maintenance interventions, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal operation.
Specific Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in SWIFT or Cash Management.
- Skills: A strong background in SWIFT or Cash Management is essential.
Work Schedule
- Weekend Rotation: Work on a rotating schedule, with compensation in the form of two consecutive off-days during the week.
- Public Holidays: Be prepared to work on public holidays, with compensation provided as one off-day.
- Early Shifts: Be flexible to work early shifts (from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM).
