Responsibilities
- Plan and produce internal and external messaging (such as newsletters, announcements, and press releases)
- Develop communications guidelines and brand voice
- Develop different strategies for internal and external communication
- Collaborate with the Technical department to determine communication needs
- Write clear and simple non-technical messaging about technical innovations
- Gather data and compile reports on communication effectiveness
- Able to use our in house software
- Able to work in the retail shop during weekends
- work during P.H & weekends
