Our client is looking for a passionate Junior Chef to join their cozy cafe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and create delicious items from the menu.
- Collaborate with the cafe manager to develop new and seasonal menu items (e.g., Christmas, Chinese New Year).
- Conduct stock-taking and place orders for supplies within budget.
- Source and liaise with suitable suppliers as needed.
- Ensure all kitchen and washing areas are kept clean and meet appropriate food hygiene standards.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all recipes, detailing ingredients, timing, and specific cooking instructions.
- Manage production levels to meet demand.
- Perform simple baking tasks as required.
- Foster a positive attitude and work effectively with a diverse team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred, but recent culinary school graduates or those without any experience but with a strong culinary portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Only Singaporeans or Singapore PR.
