Job Description
- Deliver training courses in accordance with NTUC LearningHub Pte Ltd approved curriculum and stipulated training hours.
- Deliver in-person and VLC training courses.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and learning.
- Plan and prepare training materials, assessments, and evaluations in consultation with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Participate in the review and evaluation of training programs to ensure they meet the changing needs of the industry.
Job Requirement
- Certifications in event production, AV technology, project management (PMP) or other related technical fields.
- Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP / ACTA.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical event production or related fields.
- Possess industry experiences with subject matter knowledge and expertise in AV equipment, lighting, stage design, event management software and project management skills.
- Minimum 3 years of adult training experience in corporate or technical fields.
- Possess strong facilitation skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and manage group dynamics effectively.
- Strong industry network, commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
