Recruitment and Onboarding
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, including job code creation, requisition creation, candidate profile management, and offer letter generation in Oracle system.
- Manage talent sourcing with hiring managers to ensure timely processing of new hire onboarding and enrollment.
- Track employees’ probationary periods and coordinate review and confirmation processes.
- Follow up with hiring managers on new joiners’ onboarding schedules.
Payroll and Benefits
- Administer benefits enrollment and ongoing management for medical, insurance, and government claims
- Partner with payroll vendors and internal stakeholders for accurate monthly payroll processing, including data collection and submission to Finance.
- Ensure timely submission of yearly income tax returns and address employee queries related to payroll.
- Review and update service providers’ processes and support, and compile annual salary and benefits reviews.
General HR Operations
- Process new hires, employee changes, and terminations accurately and timely.
- Generate employment-related letters and reports, monitor contingent worker contracts, and manage exit documentation.
- Maintain employee P-files and handle administrative duties like vendor invoice management.
- Assist in generating standard reports and administering training courses/events.
