Job Description:
Global Sales
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement global sales strategies and goals that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Sales Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams and initiatives across different regions.
- Coordination and Alignment: Ensure that regional sales efforts are aligned with global strategies and standards.
- Sales Process Optimization: Design and refine global sales processes and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Market Analysis: Analyze global market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
- Training and Development: Oversee the development and delivery of training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of global sales teams.
- Project: Implement and manage sales tools and technologies to support global sales.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product management, to support global sales initiatives.
CRM Analytics
- Data Analysis: Analyse customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Reporting: Create and deliver detailed reports and dashboards that highlight key metrics and performance indicators.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to develop strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Customer Segmentation: Segment customers based on behaviour, demographics, and other factors to tailor marketing and sales efforts effectively.
- Data Management: Ensuring the accuracy, consistency and quality of customer data within CRM system
Account Management
- Account Oversight: Oversee the delivery of services and solutions to institutional clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor account performance and client satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for additional value.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about the financial advisory industry.
